Terms & Conditions
1. Pricing & Inclusions
All package prices listed on indoiberia.ge are final and calculated through our official Price Calculator.
Prices remain fixed once the booking invoice is issued and payment is made.
Package prices include only the services mentioned in the itinerary (transport, accommodation, activities, guides, etc.).
Any personal expenses not listed in the itinerary are excluded.
Prices may vary for seasonal dates, high-travel periods or hotel availability.
2. Booking Confirmation
Bookings must be made through our website indoiberia.ge, WhatsApp or official email.
A booking is confirmed only after full/partial payment (as specified on the invoice).
Guests will receive confirmation vouchers for all services included in the package.
Hotel and transport confirmations depend on availability at the time of payment.
3. Payments
Payments must be completed within the time frame mentioned on the invoice.
Delayed payments may result in changes in price or unavailability of services.
Payment methods will be indicated in the invoice email.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 15 days or more before the trip: eligible for partial refund after deducting non-refundable service fees (hotel/transport reservations).
Cancellations made 7–14 days before the trip: 50% of package amount is refundable.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the trip: no refund (all services are already booked).
No refund for: no-shows, late arrivals, unused services, or last-minute changes.
Custom itineraries may have different refund conditions based on hotel or partner policies.
5. Date Changes / Modifications
Date changes are subject to availability and may require additional charges from hotels or transport providers.
IndoIberia will assist with modifications but cannot guarantee availability.
Major changes to itinerary may be treated as a new booking.
6. Responsibilities of Travellers
Travellers must ensure their passports, visas and documents comply with Georgian entry rules.
Any special medical or mobility requirements must be informed before booking.
Guests must follow local laws, safety guidelines and instructions given by guides or drivers.
7. Responsibilities of IndoIberia
IndoIberia ensures smooth coordination of all booked services: hotels, transport, tours and activities.
We are responsible for providing all services listed in the final confirmed itinerary.
We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by:
weather conditions
road closures
flight delays
natural events
political or government restrictions
In such situations, IndoIberia will assist in alternative arrangements wherever possible.
8. Transport & Drivers
Transport type depends on the package selection and number of travelers.
Drivers may adjust routes or timings based on road safety, weather or traffic.
Overtime charges may apply if travellers exceed the daily itinerary schedule.
9. Hotel Policies
Hotels provided are as per the category selected in the booking.
Standard check-in and check-out times apply.
Any room upgrades, early check-in or late checkout depend on hotel availability and may require extra payment.
10. Behaviour & Conduct
IndoIberia reserves the right to remove passengers from the tour for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour without refund.
Damage to hotel rooms, vehicles or property must be compensated directly by the traveller.
11. Photography & Media
Travellers may be photographed for IndoIberia’s promotional content only with their permission.
Guests may decline photography or social media usage at any time.
12. Liability Disclaimer
IndoIberia acts as a travel coordinator between guests and service providers (hotels, transport, attractions, etc.).
We are not liable for losses caused by third-party providers, but we assist in resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a package, submitting a custom trip request or making any payment, travellers automatically agree to IndoIberia’s Terms & Conditions as mentioned above.
